Welcome

.

YOMA is yin and restorative yoga combined with massage and assisted stretching.

We provide a deeply relaxing experience that explores the subtleties of a gentle practice, with pranayama and meditation integrated throughout.

With lots of support from props and attentive care from a team of trained massage therapists and yoga instructors, any body can do this immersive practice.
